For running I have now differentiated the individual training units according to speed, strength and endurance. At the weekend, due to the sunshine, I was even able to ride a racing bike, albeit at a leisurely pace. But at least something. When it comes to swimming, I still mainly rely on technique training, and this will continue through February. Four months are then completely sufficient to build up the necessary stamina and speed in swimming.
