I will therefore reduce the running speeds a little.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_0j3c4ndfFAY\/TK3mD0Edd7I\/AAAAAAAACLA\/ODQg4lCHft4\/s1600\/train.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_0j3c4ndfFAY\/TK3mD0Edd7I\/AAAAAAAACLA\/ODQg4lCHft4\/s400\/train.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"180\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>The pulse at the running part on Sunday was astonishingly low, there were several preliminary runs and before my pulse went up, I was almost through again.<\/p>\n<p>I&#039;m slowly getting back into regular swimming training, which I&#039;m really happy about after my forced break. One or the other has probably already experienced firsthand that when you are injured or sick, then you want nothing more than the &quot;normal state&quot; back and then know how to appreciate it.<\/p>\n<p>The coming Saturday is all about the Ironman Hawaii, so we will open the beamer and the beer crates and celebrate into the night.
