When the weather was very nice, almost 100 \u201cendurance enthusiasts\u201d stormed our registration tables at the zoo from 9 a.m. Not knowing what to expect from 10 a.m. after the starting gun schuss<\/p>\n<p>The evening before, Steffen and I had scattered sawdust over the entire route for two hours when it was getting dark. After about 30 arrows that we had marked on the ground, the bag was all and the route was well marked. Early in the morning I drove to the launch site in a car packed to the brim. There were two tables, a beer bench, two chairs, 60 liters of water and 8 liters of apple juice, 200 plastic cups, 15 pieces of cake, marking tapes, banners, signs, adhesive tapes, etc ...<\/p>\n<p>Thank God I was able to count on the active support of my Julia and the helpers all morning! But that&#039;s still guaranteed!<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_0j3c4ndfFAY\/S8veh2DoR-I\/AAAAAAAAA10\/MrHGxUPU4gw\/s1600\/CIMG2690.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_0j3c4ndfFAY\/S8veh2DoR-I\/AAAAAAAAA10\/MrHGxUPU4gw\/s400\/CIMG2690.JPG\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">Here the winners over the 17km on the home straight, in a good 55 minutes. The picture is deceptive, 90% the route ran up and down through the Reichswald.
