Today an announcement on our own behalf:<\/p>\n

The days of illegal street races in recent years are over and the Nuremberg area can breathe a sigh of relief again \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

On April 18 (Sunday) finds the first official Run & Bike held in Nuremberg !! <\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/div>\n

The whole thing is organized by fun-race.org<\/a> , the ultimate address for really cool endurance events and from me. The participants can look forward to a good competition and a nice atmosphere.<\/p>\n

It starts as a joint order 10 a.m. at Nuremberg Zoo<\/b>. Each team consists of two participants. At the beginning, each participant completes a 400-meter run and then beats his teammate who then runs the same route. As soon as the second (a request to all women, don't feel neglected if I only use the male salutation) is back, his partner is already waiting for him on the mountain or cross bike. Then both start together and go to the racetrack. It goes for two on hiking trails and smaller paths through the forest. <\/p>\n

Each team is only allowed to use one bike, which means that one runs while the other is relaxing on the bike and riding alongside. Both may only be a maximum of 10 meters apart. There is, of course, another catch! The fastest way to complete the parkour is by both taking turns running.<\/p>\n

The teams complete two rounds (17km) on the normal distance and only one round (8.5km) on the trial distance for beginners. At the same time, there are also mixed seasons and all-women seasons, so if you want to start together with your girlfriend or boyfriend, no problem \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

In all competitions, of course, the focus is first and foremost on having fun and the great time we will all have after crossing the finish line Ziel The competition itself puts the team spirit in the foreground, which unfortunately too often falls short in other triathlon and endurance events!<\/p>\n

At the end there is another award ceremony with (hopefully, I'm working on) prizes for everyone<\/b> Participants, plus of course a delicious cake buffet!<\/p>\n

Entry fee: 15 \u20ac per team (17km) and 10 \u20ac per team (8.5km) - late registrations + 5 \u20ac<\/p>\n
