Here is a picture of the Solarer Berg in 2009. The first lap was still so cold for me that I pulled a cycling jersey over it. What wind resistance it cost me !!! This year it's going to be 5 minutes faster because I'll be without it ... haha<\/div>\n

I hope that all of your sporting and personal goals will come true.
At this point I would also like to say thank you to those who drop in here from time to time. Since I started my blog in mid-2008, over 90,000 clicks have gotten lost on it (and that was by no means all of it myself \ud83d\ude42 !!!)<\/p>\n

A few days ago I went to the doctor after the \u201cswine flu phobia\u201d broke out in my environment. Nobody wanted to get infected, so in the end everyone else pushed me to the doctor! <\/div>\n
Well, what can I say ... Some triathletes are so familiar with their bodies that I was able to talk to the doctor from \u201ccolleague to colleague\u201d \ud83d\ude09 I confidently reported my self-diagnosis to him; Bronchitis. And that's exactly how it was. The only thing I disagreed with was the recipe. He actually prescribed me a herbal product that didn't even require a prescription. <\/div>\n

Hello??? I can just as easily go into the forest and sniff the garlic, the whole thing was so effective. I had to train again as soon as possible and I needed "the cavalry", that is, strong medication !!! I couldn't wait for such a little root juice to get me back on my feet by chance after two weeks! From the recommended 3 \u00d7 40 drops I then simply made 5 \u00d7 60, nothing can happen if you overdose on non-prescription drugs. I supported my cure with fruits and vegetables. We're not talking about an apple here, but about 5kg of carrots, apples, pears, etc ... a day.
At some point I was so crammed with vitamins that I could pee "high C" ... haha<\/div>\n

Today was a normal training day again and I'm doing great!<\/div>\n
Two hours of mountain biking through the cheerful winter forest including a 30-minute paddock run. Then also two hours of shopping with my girlfriend, practically as a GA1 unit afterwards. I hadn't eaten anything beforehand so that I could tick off the little tour as a "fat burning unit";))<\/div>\n
Next week I will only work 2 days, so I can still train nicely.<\/div>\n

Second Bundesliga ASC Kronach<\/b><\/div>\n
The dates for the second division are now fixed and oh my joy ... I can take part in all four competitions as they all take place before July 18th (Challenge Roth)! Most of them are sprint distances! I have to build in a few intervals ... crap. The races will probably take place in Darmstadt, Triftern, Tegernsee and Offenbach.<\/div>\n

Of Bicycle Dressel<\/a> we were equipped with awesome Scott bikes for this. As called for me, then I can mothball my ancient \u201cHaibike\u201d. It has been with me since the beginning of my career and is already looking forward to its quiet existence as a \u201cwinter bike\u201d. Kudos to Fahrrad Dressel, the boys will not disappoint you with their bike pressure !!<\/div>\n

Due to some inquiries, here is my complete bike equipment (IM Zurich 08). Please do not recreate the position, I was still sitting far too low in the front! For 2009 I got professional advice on setting up, and I have to say that my cycling times have improved tremendously since then.<\/div>\n
