Either when cycling in the rear or when running in the front over the knee (i.e. the most stressed muscles).<br \/>I get so painful that I can no longer bend my leg.<\/p>\n<p>Had done everything right this time. Well trained and slept for over 8 hours the last three nights and a naked 68kg at the start in the morning. I started swimming, but it wasn&#039;t too bad because you don&#039;t need your legs. When I switched, it was very easy for me to run, but I still reached the bike. But after about 1km it started. At first I couldn&#039;t get any more Aeropos. drive, then no more top link. When I could no longer cycle standing up, I clicked out my left leg and only rode my right leg until km 25. But it didn&#039;t go away.<br \/>Now my buttocks are kind of sore. Had this before. Usually I got it when I started tapering and took it away after about 4 days.<\/p>\n<p>So again nothing.
