The weather was great too, only one thing was wrong, namely that I couldn&#039;t start<br \/>\n\ud83d\ude41<\/div>\n<div>\nWhat a bummer, it started on Thursday, Friday, the day before, I got a fever, that was it! Although I had briefly considered again in the evening whether I should try it after all, I finally saw that it would not only have brought nothing, but would also have been dangerous.<\/div>\n<div>\nYou hear so often about athletes who train despite infection and fever and finally wake up three meters below ground with an inflammation of the heart muscle.<\/div>\n<div>So, stay calm and relax.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\nThe end of the song was this; Thursday, Friday and Saturday ZERO training, 5kg gained \ud83d\ude09 Only on Sunday I was able to do an easy bike tour again.<\/div>\n<div>\nNonetheless, Dorian represented me well at the LD test and taught all the other participants to be afraid, at the latest when he started the final run at a 3:20 pace !! and then really ran through this pace 15km, just like that in training ...<br \/>\nI probably can&#039;t even do that in a 10km race!<br \/>\nSo if Dorian starts properly in Roth (he is starting the long distance for the first time this year), then some of the people up there can \u201cdress warmly\u201d.<\/div>\n<div>\nMany more tackled the test on Saturday MUCH too quickly, only to break in at the end. The only good thing is, it was just a test and not the main competition! \ud83d\ude09 So, to everyone who does not want to carry out an LD test before their first long distance, but still want to organize the race optimally, just one tip: &quot;Approach behavior and only put everything into the balance at the end.&quot; The majority of every race, does it the other way around.<\/div>\n<div>\nBy the way, yesterday I was in the Roth open-air swimming pool and helped with the neo test swimming. No, I didn&#039;t swim them, but I helped the participants of the \u201cChallenge Getting to Know-You Day\u201d into their suits \ud83d\ude09 Approx. 120 participants drove the challenge round yesterday with some professionals and then came to the outdoor pool for the neo-test. Was a really funny thing!<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nWho, by the way, still needs a Neo for the coming season<\/strong>, just write me a non-binding email to mkrell@gmx.de<br \/>\nFor Green Turtle Neos (according to the current Tri-Mag test, the ones with the most buoyancy !!)
