This morning I already completed my long run and am now sitting in front of the computer with sore calves. Normally I only run such runs in the afternoon with a hearty breakfast in my stomach, but this morning I had a spontaneous inspiration to try it soberly. Never again! I was completely exhausted and didn&#039;t have as much to eat with me as my stomach loudly demanded \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>Now I&#039;m going to take a nap first.
