The last three days I was in Weiden for the Triathlon Competitive Sport course of the Bavarian Triathlon Association. Also there was the national trainer of the German triathlon elite Roland Knoll, trainer of Olympic champion Jan Frodeno.
In addition to the latest developments in training, we also got a very good insight into the special issues of short-haul and youth training. The focus was primarily on swimming training, in practice and theory.
- In retrospect, I could have just used both blankets, next time you'll be smarter
