TrainingPeaks University – First-hand know-how
Three weeks ago I had the opportunity to participate in an intensive 2-day seminar at TrainingPeaks University to participate in Frankfurt – the first training of this kind in Germany.
In a small, international group with colleagues from, among others, the DTU, the IAT Leipzig, dem Dutch Skating Association, Mountainbike-Verband sowie Tri-Coaches aus Dubai and Zurich, the latest developments in the Training planning and analysis with TrainingPeaksThe speakers traveled directly from the USA and brought with them a wealth of specialist knowledge, practical examples, and exciting insights.
The content ranged from advanced data interpretation about new features in the app to Strategies for even more precise athlete control.
In short: compact, highly informative and absolutely practical.
