I went running last night. I had been looking forward to it all afternoon because I downloaded a few new songs onto my player. I actually can't run without music, so I find it deadly boring on the slopes without any music. Strangely, that's also the reason why I usually always run alone, no 🙂 not because I'm so fast, but because I can then listen to music!
Then yesterday the worst case scenario, four minutes after starting the run the batteries were empty. I always have a replacement with me, but sometimes I forget it. Oh man, I was fucked ... I couldn't even hear my new songs! 🙁
By the way, I'm always looking for good running songs. For me, it's a bit rockier. Although I also listen to good house every now and then, especially when writing, I mostly need cool and dirty voices in my music. I currently have the following bands:
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - especially the song "Berlin" is the burner!
Kings of Leon
The Infadels
Subways - I just say "Rock'n Roll Queen"
Jeans team - I only know "no melodies" from them. No rock, but then IT'S RUNNING! necessarily the long version
Armand van Helden - rather the direction, "NYC Beat"
and again AC / DC 😉
any more suggestions in that direction, or something completely different? Only has to be suitable for running, we don't discriminate against anyone because of their taste. I myself also sometimes hear terribly dripping whistles 😉
