Training last week & Bavarian champion at the middle distance Lauingen

At the middle distance (2/80/20) in Lauingen, things went really well today! Thanks to two rest days, I had really good legs, which was especially noticeable when cycling. As 11th out of the water after about 27min swimming time over the 2km I saw that I was quickly making up ground on the bike. So full attack and in the best time of 1:49 hours (304 watts) jetted over the bike course. While running, the legs were a bit chipped, but still about a 1:18 jumped out. Here are the results (changing times are included in the swimming and running times) - http://www.zeitgemaess.info/resultdata/201406222/mittel_e.pdf

As a result, I became Bavarian champion over the middle distance, which of course I can only be satisfied with. I was happy about the good swimming result for my standards. When cycling, my 20km intervals and the entire preparation time are noticeable and although I felt like a hiking day while running, it was not as slow as I thought. Lauingen itself is a very nice competition, with a flat bike course for pushers, I can only recommend it to everyone.

Maybe someone took a picture of me on the bike ??? I would love to see my space helmet in action !! 🙂

At this point, you can never mention enough, thanks again to my supporters: Cycling shower Nuremberg, ASICS front runner, Bike empire Abenberg, Triathlon.de Shop Nuremberg, Team ARNDT and of course that TSV Altenfurt.

have a good and successful week!
