I am happy to hold the first seminar in the new spomedis Academy in Hamburg. Many people know spomedis as the publisher of the triathlon magazine and the tri-mag.de website. The weekend seminar will take place on 14./15. November and we will cover everything to do with long distance.
Everything that goes with it is discussed, from training, to competitions, to practice, such as running ABC and swimming technique, as well as information on the correct sitting position. Both beginners and old hands will learn something here.
