Thanks to good relationships and a little perseverance, I was able to welcome an absolute top expert on the subject of "nutrition in high-performance sport" to my home. I cordially invite athletes, coaches, supervisors and interested parties.

Prof. Dr. Werner Seebauer was a long-standing scientific advisory board member of the German Triathlon Union and has been dealing with the topic for years. You can see his job profile below. Prof. Seebauer proves that even in high-performance sport there are still performance reserves of 5%-20% with regard to optimal and antioxidant nutrition. You only have to calculate once what, for example, 5% alone mean on a long distance triathlon. With a target time of 10 hours we are 30 minutes!

The lecture will last about two hours. Afterwards, all participants have the opportunity to hole up Prof. Seebauer with their questions.

Since I wouldn't recommend anything that I haven't tried myself, I've been following his nutritional strategies for around 2 months. First of all, I am not prettier or smarter as a result (… although I have become 😉. But I have developed a significantly better ability to regenerate, ie I can put more stress on myself after training units and consequently also train more.
