Preparation for Ironman 70.3 Austria
In addition, a training colleague asked me to present his preparation for the IM 70.3 Austria.
Stefan, that's his name, despite the fact that he lives in the mountains and had to endure a very hard winter, set up a very sensible training plan alongside work. With that he successfully cracked his personal best.
