important for the last few minutes before the start!

On Sunday I noticed again how important it is to swim in before the start. Not only can you tackle the competition right from the start without burning your lungs or arms, but it also calms your nerves before the start. You should take 15 minutes to swim in. In my experience, it has a big impact on whether you catch the swimming group or not, or at 1.5km the difference can be up to 1-2 minutes, which you can swim faster. So: just do it 😉

For me there is still one change for the weekend. Actually, the Rothsee Triathlon was on the program. However, I will not start, I will put the remaining time until Roth into training completely. I personally expect more from that. Especially since a start at Rothsee is accompanied by almost 4 days of training failure. Before, 1-2 quiet days, the Sunday itself and then again 1-2 quiet days. But I will definitely come to cheer!

Have a nice Weekend!
