Training last week & outlook

The middle distance lagged behind me for a few days, so I didn't start training again until the middle of the week. That was also one of the reasons why I didn't start at Rothsee yesterday.

I made up for running for the most part in 3 days, which gave me sore muscles in my calves today 😉

This week will be really tough again, as it is the last chance to hit it again before Roth. Then I slowly drive down. The highlight will certainly be my bike unit, let's see if it works the same way;), 10x 10km over the competition pace on the time trial machine and then couple hard.
