Registration open: Individual time trial Hirschbachtal 28.05.

This applies to all enthusiastic cyclists and triathletes,

Due to the great popularity over the last four years and the already numerous inquiries, the individual time trial will take place in the Hirschbachtal again this year.

Please write me an email to register (mkrell@gmx.de) or register at: www.fun-race.org

Date: Saturday, May 28th, at 10 a.m.

Location: Eschenbach (near Hersbruck)

Route length: 22.5km

Entry fee: 10 €

Showers / changing rooms available. There is also, thanks to our sponsor CHOOZA, also a functional shirt for all participants!

The event in recent years has always been very successful and was consistently rated positively by all participants. On www.fun-race.org/results/2010/ezf-hirschbachtal/ you can find the corresponding results from the previous year. There were almost 100 participants at the start.

However, compared to 2010 we will two changes make:
1. The start and finish will be moved to the Eschenbach exit. We are thus avoiding the start and finish area that was quite narrow last year. This shortens the route insignificantly to 22.5km.
2. The start distance is increased.

The mode looks like this:
- The start is 45 seconds or one minute away from the vehicle in front, depending on the number of participants. In any case, the last 20 starters ride with a one-minute gap!
- The starter is helped with starting, which is why it will be possible for everyone to start in the "clicked" position.
- the “probably” strongest goes at the end (there can only be one who goes first and last, so I rely on your realistic assessment 🙂 we will also use the previous year's results for orientation.
- Slipstream driving is prohibited, the well-known 10m rule applies! (please also note if someone should be overtaken)
- Safety has absolute priority, nothing should happen to anyone for a few seconds. (This is especially true at the turning point!) The route is not closed, but almost car-free.

Registration closes on May 26th, then we can send the start list and everyone knows exactly the time at which he / she starts. If the participant limit is reached, the registration will be closed early!

We then have the opportunity to end the competition with lunch together in the local restaurant or, if the weather is nice, with a barbecue on the meadow. In any case, the physical well-being is taken care of! As always, the results will be announced as soon as the finish line closes.

We look forward to your encouragement and think that it will be a great event again. It is also a very good way to train in competition style, so unpack your discs, aero helmets, nylon stockings and show what you have! 🙂

For those who train a lot: there is an open-air swimming pool (Hirschbach) or the Happurger Stausee in the immediate vicinity, and it is also a great cycling area that you can do unsafe afterwards.

until then with sporty greetings

krelli

PS: don't forget, on April 9th. is the Run & Bike in the Nuremberg Zoo. "Two runners share a mountain bike", if you still feel like it, look here for all the information: http://www.fun-race.org/
