Beginning of spring

Start_Ansbach16It's finally getting warmer and temperatures are climbing into double digits. After the camp in Cyprus it was a change to deal with the cold temperatures again. Training in the sun is just more fun!

My training went back a bit, so that I currently train around 8-10 hours a week. I don't always get around to posting it, but so far I'm in training regularly. There is a lot going on again in the near future. Last weekend I was able to cheer on some of my athletes at the Ansbach Duathlon. The next weekend will be the next Chiemsee camp. We are accommodated again with Peter in the Pension Poschmühle. By the way, Peter has now founded a triathlon club, Team Turbine Poschmühle. If you are still training alone in the Traunreut area and are looking for nice training partners, simply contact Peter.

AthletikIn the new edition of the triathlon magazine from spomedis you will find an article from me again this time. So feel free to read it. The big annual event takes place again in May Asics front runner Meeting in Neuss, which I'm looking forward to. Lots of interesting people with all kinds of knowledge. In my opinion, one big difference between a runner and a triathlete is diet. Runners attach much more importance to this than triathletes. Understandably, of course, since less weight usually means fast running times. All the better for me at the meeting, more food for me 🙂 Asics has already given me great equipment for this season. Really chic!
