... don't forget, tomorrow, the Ironman Frankfurt will be on TV on Sunday:
from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in DSF and then from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in HR.

My tip would be Andreas Raelert for men and Sandra Wallenhorst for women.

  1. Watch TV ? A real fan goes there :-))) There by train from HH at 4:38 am, back shortly after 2 in the night ... a bit exhausting, but ABSOLUTELY GRANDIOS !!!
    PS Well-guessed with Sandra, her finish was awesome in terms of mood and the Römerberg shook with Timo Bracht too. If you don't get goose bumps and wet eyes at the edge, there is no longer any help ... simply fantastic, I am still totally enthusiastic and can now my race on 2.8. hardly wait

    that's just the way it is. You know that yourself, as an athlete I am really happy about everyone who stands on the edge of the track! Where do you start on August 2nd?

  3. On 2.8. I'm with the Ostseeman in Glücksburg.

    This is only my second long haul and I'm really looking forward to it. Of course I would like to be a little faster this time, because the first time, all I had to do was arrive, and that was absolutely fantastic.

    So please on 2.8. Fingers crossed :-))
