Ill

After struggling with problems in the back of my knee for a long time, to be precise, it occurred five weeks before Hawaii, I have been certain since last week. A magnetic resonance examination showed that I produce too much synovial fluid. As a result, a cyst formed in the hollow of the knee, which pressed on adjacent tendons and nerves to their heart's content. Fortunately, the cyst has now burst and the fluid is absorbed very slowly by the body over a period of “several weeks!”. What there is, I've never heard of too much synovial fluid !! Perhaps in the past I overdid it with the joint capsules that I swallowed regularly 😉 Nonetheless, I am now glad that it is slowly stopping, according to my doctor I cannot "break" anything, I just have to endure the pain.

After a few easy sessions at the weekend, I now have a cold to top it all off! You see, the diseases have a tight grip on me. Whether I survive the coming days ... you will see whether I write another post or not 🙁

At least I can go to work, maybe pouring buckets of hot tea will bring me a little closer to my recovery. Especially now that my girlfriend is out for two days! That actually always means "training camp !!", running until 10pm at night! But at the moment I can probably forget that 🙁

By the way, last week I revived my blog at Tri-Mag and wrote a new post, which you can see here: http://www.tri-mag.de/index.php?option=com_myblog&blogger=Michael+Krell&Itemid=237

When you're plowing the streets brightly for the next few days, think of all the triathletes who are currently sick!

Many greetings

krelli
