Structuring a long-term plan

Based on your goals, professional and social obligations, because without the support of your immediate environment, the best plan is of no use!

Performance tests

These are repeated regularly, which helps you and me to monitor and control your progress. The tests can be carried out at home or during training and are repeated every 1 to 2 months.

Creation of a detailed, personally worked out and individually tailored training plan

This is created every week. In my experience, longer planning periods do not make sense for professional athletes, this makes it possible for us to react to changes in your situation and your schedule that occur at short notice. In addition, we can react better to the weather, which is especially important in the uncomfortable times of the year.

For this I regularly ask for feedback at the end of the training week and we coordinate the following training week together.

We need a couple of weeks to get used to it. Then I can assess very precisely how I can burden you without overloading you. Because you want to get the greatest possible training benefit from my training.

Fee & contract:

My fee is € 139 a month.

You have to have long-term contracts with me Not that means you can test my coaching for a few months. I am interested in a long-term partnership, but also in fair cooperation. For example, if you don't train due to a break in the season, you don't pay anything. It's that simple.
