Young talent training at the Berthold-Brecht School

Today we started with triathlon sports lessons at the Berthold-Brecht School. The school provides interested students with two hours of lessons per week. I think it's a great thing.

The number of interested students was manageable the first time today, but those present were very enthusiastic about the matter. And I think that there will be a few more to come once the word gets around how cool triathlon is and how sucks the other sports are ... haha

We started with wheel alignment, driving technique and driving safety. Afterwards it quickly got down to business with the Run & Bike on the sports field. Every time I am amazed how quickly children learn and what kind of coordination and body awareness they have. In contrast, I feel really rusty 😉

Thanks to Christoph Schwerdt and my brother for the support during the two hours. In addition, Christian Ruttor from TSV Altenfurt will also take on many hours in the future. We do the whole thing free of charge and for fun, and of course to get young talent into the sport.

beautiful holiday!
