Recovery drink made easy

What does an easy-to-prepare recovery drink look like after hard or long sessions? You don't need expensive drinking mixes for this, just a stand mixer. My model from Phillips cost 39 € and has now paid for itself hundreds of times.

Ingredients: Frozen fruits (I usually have all kinds of them there), milk, juice, good protein powder and linseed oil (the latter is more of a peculiarity of mine and doesn't have to be)

Preparation: Put the fruits in properly, then fill up with juice and milk so that the fruits are just covered with it, so not too much, otherwise it will be too runny. MIXING ... et voila, done!

The drink is not only healthy due to the fruits and the associated antioxidant plant substances, but also catches free radicals that tend to arise in the body after hard training. In addition, it shortens the regeneration time, including due to the protein, and it also tastes good. I usually drink a shake after medium to long or really hard training sessions.

This drink is clearly superior to a ready-made drinking mix that can be bought in stores and, above all, cheaper. At the same time, it is also an ideal shake if you are into weight management or want to lose a few pounds again. Then maybe a little less juice and milk, but stretch with water.
