Training last week

Due to the previous training camp, the first 2-3 days to relax easily. Then less cycling and more running and swimming. By mid-February the temperatures are looking pretty mild again, so there will soon be a few more kilometers by bike.

Unfortunately, I won't even be on cross-country skis this winter. That’s the only disadvantage 😉
