Training last week ...

Sunday evening, roll out with my brother

... went very well. The weather is also inviting, for example for cycling and swimming. Running was sometimes a bit tough, especially the long run on Sunday at noon, I had to take something out of that, but in the end everything went smoothly. At my intervals I am currently at 12x 1000 between 3:30 and 3:40, depending on whether I run uphill or downhill on my test track. I will now swim in the morning because the quality suffers badly in the evening if you have already been cycling and running before.

My next competitions are the team sprint in Lauingen on June 21st. and the middle distance on the following day. Thanks to the mountain air, my diet is finally working and the fat burning is going on. A nice side effect of mountain air, by the way, losing weight is easier 😉 The disadvantage of all the training and work: I can't make it to the hairdresser! Today on the rest day I wanted to go, but then it occurred to me that it is a public holiday, let's see when it works now ...
