In hindsight, I'm happy that I didn't stop and crank it up while running. So many friends cheered me on along the way, Julia and my parents (including grandma and grandpa at 85 years of age) were there and we also became German champions in the team classification in Team Arndt. It sounds trite, but ALWAYS go through this thing, you just get annoyed the next day!
