Carbo-loading !!


How do you replace the calories you have burned out during an entire week of training in a single evening?

By going to the Italian restaurant I trust in Nuremberg after the club swim and ordering a simple tuna pizza, the diameter of a car tire :))

Andi next to me almost fell off the chair, as you can see from the expression on his face ... haha

Although I usually never capitulate to mountains of food, I had the rest of the pack wrapped up for me yesterday! My storage tanks were so full this morning that I was able to run at full throttle for almost two hours without even thinking about food. Total madness 🙂
