Luke Dragsta in the video interview

Hello everybody,

after he chased me up and down the mountains of Mallorca, Luke had to in front of my camera once 😉

Here I just asked him about his most insane training session. Luke is a very fast professional triathlete and completed the Challenge Roth in 8:13 hours last year! A real miracle when you consider that he actually only did yoga for the whole last week and cycled with us every now and then ... laughs

Briefly to explain his story, which I personally only really got it towards the end 😉
Luke talks about his time at Brett Sutton, the coach who made Chrissi Wellington so fast. Even if he makes a promise that he means "running", but see for yourself:

Tomorrow there will be an interview with Sven Bergner, a short distance specialist from the Triathlon Bundesliga. He talks about the league in general and where amateur athletes who are on the short distance can still improve.

The day after tomorrow it will be Annett Finger's turn, who last year made her long-distance debut in Roth in 10:12 hours, immediately winning the German runner-up title. She has a few good tips especially for the girls.

skin in!

  1. Great video Michael, the drags as he loves and lives. We'll be with him more often in our tricamps, the boy is just fun and is still, or precisely because of that, a full professional ...

    Keep it up,

    Tobi
