new blog on tri-mag and weekend schedule

Hi guys,

Sometimes I wish I was still at school and having lots of vacations.
We all need holidays again. Mine is in two weeks, it's going to Lanzarote ... ah, I'm looking forward to it.
Sun all day, delicious food as much as I want and a visit to my grandma and grandpa.
Until then, however, I still have to do my training in the rain 🙁

new blog
By the way, here is my "new" post on tri-mag.de

It's always amazing how quickly expectations and goals in our sport change. As soon as you stand on the starting line for the first time, you want to continue next. True to the motto: faster and further 😉

Weekend schedule
It rained here today, but I still finished my 2 hours of cycling. This time it was pretty tough. The first 30 minutes in the 120-130 pulse range and then every half an hour by a further 10 beats upwards. In the end, I'm in the thickest gear, soaking wet on my bike path, following the moped riders 🙂

A bit more swimming tonight and then tomorrow morning my 30km run. For this I will really take a bite out of dinner tonight, otherwise tomorrow morning I will be completely empty after 10km. Then I go to my future mother-in-law for brunch (so I really have to start at 6:30 on Saturday! 🙁
Then we go to my mom's, whose birthday is on Sunday. On the way back to Nuremberg, I'll sit down in Bayreuth and ride the rest of the way on my bike. Sunday: 4:30 bike ride + 30min run… .then I'm served 😉
