new book: the maximum principle - first pages to read

Almost missed, but I wish you all a great 1st Advent! I prepared my best Advent surprise for myself, because my new book has been available for a few days; "Das Maximalprinzip"

Together with Lukas Storath, who also serves as a motivating example in the book, I started looking for athletes who could celebrate great successes (e.g. 8:24 hours on the long distance), but with an unusually goal-oriented and manageable scope of training of about 10-12 hours of training per week. The training of these athletes, although they do not know each other, has a surprising number of similarities. Accordingly, I have compiled and described in the book what these similarities are and which principles the training is based on.

Since most triathletes still associate a “love-hate” with swimming, I have also included an example for this. Of course, at the end there are again practical training plans that are just waiting to be implemented. The book gives both a completely separate training path for ambitious athletes as well as lots of ideas, interesting approaches and motivational boosts along the way. Let yourself be inspired and motivated! Also ideal as a Christmas present.

Have fun reading, and just report any questions or feedback. If I can help, I'll always get back to you. Maybe not the next day, but whenever my time allows.

You can open the book amazon (link) acquire. If one or the other would like to post a nice review, I would be very happy! In the following, you can read the first few pages.
