Training last week

went pretty well. I especially wanted to continue working on swimming and running, since cycling is usually not my limiter in competitions. Too often you try to develop your strengths even more, a very human quality. Triathon is a very nice example that it is worth working on the weaknesses a lot more in order to get the better end result in the end.

After 17 days in a row in the indoor pool, I'm looking forward to not having to go swimming tomorrow. In general, tomorrow is more of a day of rest. I especially enjoyed running this week, finally warm enough for my beloved Kenya pants !!
