Training last week

After a nice start to the week on Monday, I got a sore throat the next day. Apparently I caught something because it took three days to subside.
Also very nice to have every day completely off and do a few other things 😉 On Friday I slowly tried to get back in and was not sure until Saturday morning whether it was good to start the 10-pair run ...

Well, after cycling I felt pretty good again, so I ran with ... you know the rest of the story from the previous post. Somehow on Sunday I was still baffled with the speed of the day before and unfortunately I couldn't hold back. Well, it just happens, at least it's better than the other way around, and you run too slowly 😉
