Training unit of the week on tri-mag - mastering curves in descents optimally

Here is a cool unit from my book that saves you several seconds, especially on mountainous courses such as Nice, Lanzarote, but also Roth. It is also generally an advantage if you can leave quickly. Most triathletes tend to be anxious and inexperienced here and lose a lot of time compared to good downhillers.

I recommend starting the practice with the racing bike first. This makes handling much easier and, at first, also safer. In winter and spring I often go with cyclists around here, and from them you can still learn a lot about skiing and cornering !!
